might be a bit of a dumb question, but do the new little black sample pots count as part of the bringing back 5 pots to get a free face mask ? <3

Hello!

No, they don’t count we’re afraid. But you can definitely re-use them as travel pots or to keep earrings (if you wear them) in! xx

im so upset =( i have junping juniper shampoo bar and i keep it in the tin, but i went to use it today and it had turned into goo! i still had a lot left to use when it was a bar butim not keen on using it as the goo? what should i do i had at least half of it left ? i was planning on trying i love juicy shampoo but im not sure now because sometimes that looks quite separated in the shop and im worried about being let down again ? i usually get great results from lush products though and spend lots of time in your shops(not to mention spending more than i should) help ?

Hiya,

Sorry about this :  ( As these products are solid they, like soaps, need to be kept dry after use before they go back in the tin. It may dry off if you leave it open and out of the bathroom.

I Love Juicy has a lot of natural fruit in it and they can sometimes separate but it is perfectly fine to use, it’s like when you buy natural orange juice and need to shake it first : )

xx

Brinsley Animal Rescue → lush.co.uk

Meet Brinsley Animal Rescue, a charity in Nottingham run for animals by volunteers. They run on vegan values; they don’t believe in exploiting animals for food, profit or entertainment. In total in 2010 they took in 791 animals, of which 464 were re-homed or in the case of wild animals, released back into the wild. Ple…ase take five minutes to read a bit more about them, we think they’re a wonderful organisation : )

Do you have any products with a light fragrance or are fragrance free? (example: My friend praised godmother soap and bought me some of your products for Christmas. The soap made my skin felt great when I used it, I just got a headache.) I figure I'll break my bath bombs into very small pieces to be on the safe side when I try them.

Hmm well that is a very sweet one, so something like the fragrance-free Coco Lotion body lotion is great, or things with a more subtle smell like Butterball ballistic, Porridge soap, Olive Branch shower gel and Soft Coeur massage bar x

I've just placed an order for a bottle of It's Raining Men shower gel online. I LOVE Honey, I Washed The Kids and was so excited when I heard you'd made it into shower gel. Genius stuff, Lush!

Can’t wait to see what you think of it!

can people with Eczema and extreamly bad psoriasis use Helping Hands lotion? both me and my mother sware by Dream Cream but I was wondering about Helping Hands and what does it smell like? some reviews are saying it smells bad.

Yes you can use it, it has all sorts of soothing ingredients like chamomile water, cocoa butter, healing honey (which helps keep the moisture in) and lavender oil, which helps to promote skin cell regeneration (great to help heal scarring). We like the smell, it’s floral and fresh!

hiya, Can you recommend me products for normal to dry skin for body?

You can probably use most things if you have normal/dry skin! Sympathy for the Skin, Dream Cream, Buffy body butter, Aqua Mirablis body butter, Coco Lotion, Vanilla Puff Powder, all sorts! Best to stay from anything with too much citrus if you get dry skin easily.

The best thing to do would be to call the shop www.lush.co.uk/shopfinder. Good luck!

Hey i am a regular at my local lush and always spend more than i should but i never ask for samples but now im low on money and there are some products id really like to try would it be cheeky to ask in my local store for some samples ? I see lots of people buying less than me get samples and ive never asked for any before ? <3

We get asked this a lot, and because we can’t read minds we don’t know if people want to try anything unless they ask! So please, go ahead and ask, we love to introduce people to new things!
